The firm is led by Igor Alexandre Felipe de Macedo, a lawyer with more than two decades of practice across the public and private sectors. He holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law from New York University (NYU) and a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). He was the first Brazilian to receive the Hauser and Starr Foundation scholarships and served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan and at Fordham Law School.
He taught Law at UFRN between 2005 and 2007 and works at the intersection of law and technology, having taken part in innovation programs such as Google for Startups and ACE Ventures.
